Where we work
We provide water heater repair, install, replacement, and maintenance across Marietta, including the Marietta Square, East Cobb, and West Cobb, plus surrounding cities like Kennesaw, Smyrna, Vinings, Roswell, and Sandy Springs. Pricing
Every quote is flat-rate and provided in writing before any work starts. You sign off first, we work after. No work proceeds without your approval.
Payment
Payment is due at completion unless we have a prior written agreement. We take cash, check, and major credit cards.
Workmanship
Manufacturer parts warranties pass through to the homeowner. Ask about our workmanship coverage when you book.
Permits and code
All replacements and new installs are permitted through City of Marietta Inspections or Cobb County Development and Inspections and built to the Georgia State Minimum Plumbing Code, including expansion tanks and drip pans.
Customer responsibilities
Homeowners must provide safe access to the work area, disclose known hazards like asbestos or mold, and confirm the site is suitable for the requested work.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the cost of the services we performed. We are not responsible for indirect damage, including water damage from a leak that existed before our visit.
Independent contractor status
Work is performed by independent service professionals who carry their own licenses and insurance as required by Georgia law.
Cancellation
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without a fee. We ask for at least two hours notice.
